William V. Parsons

Will Parsons represents clients from numerous industries in general commercial litigation.  In particular, Mr. Parsons has litigated various healthcare and intellectual property issues in Tennessee and has extensive experience in Tennessee non-compete law. 

Mr. Parsons earned his J.D. degree in 2007 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.  At the University of Tennessee, Mr. Parsons was a member of the national semi-final Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court team, a member of the Moot Court Board and author of the article, “Representing Multiple Related Debtors in Chapter 11,” published in Norton’s Journal of Bankruptcy Law & Practice, Vol. 16, No. 2 (2007).  Mr. Parsons graduated from the University of Virginia in 2000 with a degree in English Language and Literature.
