Seth M. McInteer

Seth McInteer joined Riley Warnock & Jacobson as an associate practicing complex civil litigation in 2007.  Since joining the firm, Mr. McInteer has litigated client matters in state and federal courts and has represented clients in commercial contract litigation, construction financing disputes, parent company liability matters, employment law, adversarial bankruptcy proceedings, complex insurance litigation and a variety of other matters.  He represents clients in the following industries: healthcare, hospital management, investment banking, commercial property management, banking, commercial financing, publishing and entertainment.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McInteer participated in Riley Warnock & Jacobson’s summer associate program for two years while enrolled in law school.  In 2007, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law and, upon earning his J.D., was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society. A native of Nashville, Mr. McInteer received his Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University, graduating cum laude in 2003.
