Cassie Madden focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Knowledgeable in diverse areas of the law, she represents clients in matters involving healthcare law, the False Claims Act, intellectual property disputes, employment law, non-compete claims, trade secrets and other general business disputes. Her experience extends to all phases of litigation in state and federal court and includes representing clients in litigation before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the National Futures Association.
Ms. Madden graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2008, where she was a member of the Vanderbilt Moot Court Managing Council and Vanderbilt Trial Advocacy Society. She also served as a research assistant to Professor Terry Maroney, researching the interplay of child psychology and brain development and the criminal justice system. Prior to law school, Ms. Madden graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University in 2005 with a degree in Psychology.
